About us

MindPsychiatrist is a mindfulness blog which is focused on meditative practice, mental health, meditation, yoga, resilience, parenting, mindful eating, self-compassion & more! I founded MindPsychiatrist in November of 2022 after struggling with depression and anxiety for many years. I wanted to create a space where people could learn about mindfulness and healing from the inside out. I hope that this blog can help others live a healthier and happier life.

MindPsychiatrist was created in a way to share my journey of finding peace and happiness through mindfulness. I believe that mindfulness can help us become happier and healthier individuals and I want to share everything I’ve learned with you. Through this blog, you’ll find posts about meditation and mental health, tips for resilience and parenting, as well as recipes for mindful eating. We believe that by sharing our stories and helping others to understand the power of mindfulness, we can create a more compassionate world.

I have been practicing mindfulness since 2022 and have found it to be an incredibly effective tool for managing my own mental health as well as the mental health of my patients. I am passionate about spreading the word about the benefits of mindfulness and helping people find relief from their suffering.
